Hello @everyone, I wanted to provide some clarification for those who may be new here or are unfamiliar with the situation. It appears that Birdeye and Solscan are showing an incorrect maximum supply for the WOOF token, which is affecting the market capitalization and fully diluted market capitalization values.
According to Solscan, the top holder of WOOF tokens holds 98.2% of the total supply. However, around 1.5 years ago, the founder of the WOOF token accidentally sent 98.2% of the tokens to a wallet called the Solana 1nc1nerator111111 (https://solscan.io/account/1nc1nerator11111111111111111111111111111111), thinking that this was the way to burn the tokens. This wallet is now inaccessible, so while the tokens are theoretically burned in a sense, they are not truly burned and this is why the supply on Solscan and Birdeye is showing an incorrect amount.
I have tried to address this issue in the past, but it is a complex task to access this wallet as it was not meant to be accessible in the first place. Only Solana core developers, if anyone, may be able to find a solution for this in the future. I have also seen some discussions about this issue among the core developers in recent months, but so far, no solution has been found and there has not been a lot of demand for a solution, except from a few individuals and ourselves.
However, we will continue to pursue a solution and fix for this issue in the future. In the meantime, the correct statistics for WOOF tokens are as follows:
Circulating Supply and Max Supply (fully distributed): 17,902,999,424
Market Cap: $1,390,505
Fully Diluted Valuation: $1,390,505
